Created Independently’s first short film “Worst People” will be premiering as part of the Kingston Canadian Film Festival on March 5th, 2011! Directed by Paul Kehs and written by Patrick Whistler it is a strange and alluring film about an office drone on the path for revenge.

After an amazing three day shoot in Kingston, ON we have finished filming! Thanks to our wonderful cast and crew, who each brought something new and exciting to the table.
The Worst People in the World begins when, after receiving his promotion, over-educated and under employed office drone Adam Vernon decides to take revenge on his lecherous boss Mr. Weiss. He picks their company’s annual general meeting as the setting for his vengeance and tries to think of the perfect way to ruin Weiss in front of Tom Clarkson, the company’s VP. He soon hits upon the only rational answer: he’s going to hire an army of hookers to exact his revenge.
A satirical look at the modern man and the politics of the corporate world, The Worst People in the World also functions as warped re-imagining of the story of Job. Except with more hookers.
